Everyone knows that Pennsylvania Senator Arlene Spectre (R-Pa) became Sen. Arlene Spector (D-Pa), but fewer people seem familiar with his counterpart, who is actually the ever unusual pro-life Democrat.

NOTE (6/6/09): The answer is Bob Casey Jr. We had initially butchered Sen. Spector's name, but we sincerely apologize for that error although I'd be surprised if he stops by this blog.
