In Turkish, It's Called Tembellik

I am suffering from laziness today.... (tembellik does mean laziness in Turkish)

Boy, this is really bad. I know this image doesn't suit the season, especially since it might snow in Cary, NC, (a suburb of Raleigh) tonight, where I was hoping to see a movie at the Galaxy Cinema, but we like it and that's all that matters. Right?

There happens to be a Lazy Dog Cafe chain in southern California, with locations in Irvine. Thousand Oaks and Torrance.

And, there is a Lazy Dog Vineyeard in Sonoma, Calif.

Ahh, it's time to take a nap.

Quote of the Week- Michael Moore

Filmmaker/author/liberal political activist Michael Moore currently has a new film out called "Capitalism: A Love Story." It is curently playing at the Grandin Theatre in Roanoke, Va., The Carousel Luxury Cinemas in Greensboro, NC, and the Galaxy Cinema in Cary, NC (Raleigh), among many other places.

I personally met Moore at the Virginia Film Festival in Charlottesville a few years ago. Regardless of what you think of his political views (most of us, including partisan Democrats like me are to the right of him), you got to love his entertaining approach to making documentaries. I personally think "Fahrenheit 9-11" is his best film.

Here is today's quote from him:

"Clinton was a pretty good president for a Republican."

Program Reminder......PBS/Tuesday

PBS will be airing a documentary about the late Republican Party operative Lee Atwater called "Boogieman: The Lee Atwater Story." on Tuesday night at 9 p.m. (EST).

The film, which is airing as part of the "Frontline" series, was in theatres, such as The Galaxy Cinema in Cary, NC, about a month ago.

Tonight PBS has an "Antiques Roadshow" from Milwaukee.
