Lucky Luke Now in les etats unis

I was pleasantly surprised to find Lucky Luke, the French chain-smoking cowboy, is now available in the United States.

I read the books as a child in Turkey (between 1977-79), where Lucky Luke is known as Red Kit. They were published in the late 1960s and early 1970s. And, I found a few titles on Buyukada Island near Istanbul, this summer.

The book I found here was "The Shadow of the Derricks," initially published in 1971.

Kudos to Andrew Neal of Chapel Hill Comics in Chapel Hill, NC, for being the first place that I found the western comic here in the states.
